No, there is no definition of "fit". As your personal trainer it is my job to tailor your sessions to your current fitness level, experience, and goals. Whether you’re a complete beginner or experienced in the gym, sessions are designed at a pace that’s right for you.
Training sessions typically last 60 minutes, but can be adjusted based on your schedule and availability.
This depends on your goals, availability, and recovery capacity. In addition to their personal training sessions, a typical client will complete between one and three additional workouts per week. I provide guidance to ensure optimal progress.
Training is adapted to accommodate injuries or limitations, with a focus on pain-free movement, strength, and resilience. You’ll never be pushed beyond what’s safe or appropriate.
Face-to-face sessions are available locally to Towcester, Northamptonshire. Mobile and group options may also be available on request.
A 24 hour notice period is required to cancel a personal training session, if not given the session will be billable.
I operate on a one month cancellation policy. This means I require a minimum of one month's written notice if you wish to discontinue your personal training agreement.
If the policy is not met, you will be required to pay a 50% fee for the services that would have been provided in the upcoming month. This is so I can protect my income.
You may pause your sessions for up to one month, however I require two weeks written notice to pause the upcoming period. During this pause period, your personal training agreement cannot be discontinued and your sessions will automatically resume once your pause period ends.
