Frequently Asked Questions

Please reach me at thomas.lambe@conquestfitness.co.uk if you cannot find an answer to your question.

Deep tissue massage is ideal for individuals who experience muscle tightness, chronic aches, postural issues, or sports-related soreness. It’s particularly beneficial for active individuals and those who train regularly.

Deep tissue massage may not be suitable if you have certain medical conditions, recent injuries, inflammation, or are pregnant. If you’re unsure, please get in touch with me at Thomas.lambe@conquestfitness.co.uk

This depends on your activity levels, training intensity, and recovery needs. Some people benefit from weekly sessions, while others may only need one every few weeks.

Mild soreness is common for 24–48 hours after a treatment, similar to post-workout soreness. This is a normal response and usually subsides as the muscles recover.

Yes. Deep tissue massage can support recovery by increasing blood flow, reducing muscle stiffness, and helping the body repair more efficiently between training sessions.

Cancellations less than 24 hours in advance of your appointment will result in forfeiture of deposit.
